Type2 Gear offers a 1-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.

Wear and Tear

We expect the gear we make to last. If there is an issue that you can't repair yourself, reach out to us and we will see what we can do. We may be able to replace the item or fix it, for a reasonable fee.

Not covered under warranty: fabric tears unrelated to stitching issues, zippers, seam creep from sustained heavy loads, non-catastrophic torn seams, and partial fabric delamination following heavy use.

Returns

Items in new condition within a 30-day purchase window are eligible for a full refund of the product. We do not cover shipping costs.
